Key Account Manager (Audio and Gaming)

Educational Requirement: Bachelor

Salary: 25-50k (Negotiable)

Job description

  • Relationship building with brands and suppliers for category products and negotiations with suppliers
  • Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
  • Prices, plans and arranges merchandise for display.
  • Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
  • Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives
  • Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential

Job requirements

  • Experience (1-3 years) in E-commerce or related retail company
  • Deep understanding of brands and products strength
  • Strong connection & network to main distributors and Brands (Gaming, Audio, and wearable device)
  • The ability to help craft and independently execute buying strategies
  • Experience in all aspects of buying
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Social Media Marketing

Educational Requirement: Bachelor

Salary: 15-25k (Negotiable)

Job description

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of a company’s social content
  • Plan, execute, measure, and report performance of all social media advertising campaigns
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, content, and etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Deep understanding of brands and products strength (Gaming, Audio, and wearable device)
  • Good knowledge of best practices in Online Marketing including Social Media
  • Solid communication, project management, prioritization, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Quickly adapt to change/new situation and work with minimal supervision while staying focused, productive and delivering the result
  • Good command of both spoken and written Thai and English
  • Excellent time management skills

Content Marketing

Educational Requirement: Bachelor

Salary: 15-25k (Negotiable)

Job description

  • Accountable for all content marketing, reviewing products, and VDO script initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
  • Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, reviewing products, content categorization, and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
  • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed
  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
  • Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field
  • Products understanding especially in the gadget area included audio, Gaming, a wearable device, and other electronics etc.
  • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  • The editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it

Customer Service/Call Center

  • ให้ข้อมูล ตอบคำถาม และให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าที่สอบถามเข้ามาในทุกช่องทาง (โทรศัพท์, Chat)
  • ให้คำแนะนำเรื่องการใช้งาน ข้อควรระวัง และเปรียบเทียบสินค้าที่บริษัทจำหน่ายได้
  • ประสานงานและอัพเดตสถานะการเคลมและการส่งสินค้าให้แก่ลูกค้า
  • ทำสรุปข้อมูลการโทร และการเคลมในแต่ละเดือน
